The Jervis Bay Maritime Museum exhibits a world-recognised collection of maritime artefacts as well as, navigational and surveying instruments. The Museum features a range of nautical instruments and equipment, models, photographs, paintings, illustrations, and objects associated to the history and heritage of the Jervis Bay area.
CALYPSO solutions derives it’s name from the Ogygian Goddess Calypso of Greecian mythology, where she had helped a Greek hero; Odysseus when he shipwrecked and washed up on the shores of her island where she lived. She tended to his wounds and nursed him back to health. However, she fell in love with the hero but eventually she did all she could to help him to leave.
